Every Monday, we start our week off with our Monday Morning Mindset with the entire Clean Juice HQ team. We always begin by talking about one of our ten Core Values and sharing what it means to us as individuals. You might think it gets old talking about the same Core Values every week, but that’s the thing: it doesn’t. There’s always something new to talk about or something we’ve learned or experienced the week before where a particular Core Value helped us be better and do better.
As a faith-based company, we were founded on these Core Values as part of our health and wellness initiatives, and at the forefront of all that we do, we express these values in every aspect of our business. Why? The premise behind our Core Values is rooted in our purpose: “To serve as a great example of what it means to be a good steward of what God has given us.”
While we don’t require our franchise owners or employees to be a Christian or religious, we find it sets us up with the right mindset, especially with our juice bar business plan. One thing that really sets us up with the right mindset is the team prayer that comes at the closing of our Monday Morning Mindset. During this team prayer, we pray for our franchise partners, guests, and for the family of employees who serve Him. Landon Eckles will lead the prayer himself or offer the opportunity for someone else to lead us in prayer.
