When you join our family, we fully prepare you to operate your Clean Juice. Leading up to your store's launch, you and your Management Team which is hosted in our Certified Training Stores near our headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Clean Juice University offers a deep dive into owning a Clean Juice franchise, from Clean Juice Culture to the specific techniques required to deliver operational excellence every day.

Our Corporate Trainers also travel to your Clean Juice to prepare your team for a successful store launch. Clean Juice Corporate Trainers lead the pre-opening process for you and your team, teaching all things Clean Juice through classrooms and hands-on learning. We then stay to support your Soft Opening, offering continued development as you and your team introduce Clean Juice to the communities you serve.

We know the success of the Clean Juice brand is dependent on the success of each and every one of our franchise partners. That means our support starts with helping you identify the perfect location for your store and continues with on-going programs to help you grow.
Our franchise training and support team helps in identifying, leasing, and building out the perfect Clean Juice store. Some of the factors we’ll consider include demographics, traffic patterns, parking convenience, visibility, competition, and much more.
Starting your Clean Juice store out on the right foot is made much easier by our relationships with vendors and suppliers. From equipment, fixtures, opening inventory, and supplies, we know just where to find the very best in products and services.
Your Clean Juice store will be staffed by a family of employees who will be the face of the brand and act as important ambassadors. Most locations follow a simple staffing model of one General Manager, one Assistant Manager, 3-5 Shift Leaders and 15 – 18 Juiceristas (baristas for juice).
