As the first and only national USDA-certified organic juice bar franchise, Clean Juice is leading the QSR industry and one of the reasons is because it’s stores make fresh cold-pressed juice in-house daily using only the highest quality organic product. Our Q3 financial performance demonstrated another term of impressive guest count and sales growth.
In its first five years of operations, Clean Juice worked hard to deliver a premium guest experience on top of its unique differentiator of being a 100% certified-organic juice bar with menu items rangings from toasts, sandwiches, salads and acai bowls, not just juice. The start-up company attributes our success thanks to increases in same-store guest counts (27%) and same-store average ticket prices (eclipsing $18). Same-store sales increased 17%, and guest counts increased 21% as a result of its continued-focus on expanding its center-of-plate menu categories that stand out in the crowded QSR industry. By providing excellent customer service and continually bringing forth fresh ideas like our new seasonal favorites, we turn customers into loyal guests for life.
Clean Juice has also seen stores expand into multiple units thanks to a steady growth of new Franchise Partners. We’re close to having 100 ownership groups of over 115+ open and another 5 dozen in development. The growth is expected to increase in 2022.
New in late 2021…Clean Juice was officially registered and approved to expand into New York…as well as Idaho and Virginia. Also this year, we were proud to receive many awards and accolades. Our own Landon Eckles, co-founder and CEO was named one of the Most Admired CEOs by the Charlotte Business Journal and also joined the elite Forbes Business Council. What more? The organic juice bar franchise was also ranked on the Inc. 500 list for the third consecutive year, swept the Franchise Business Review survey in terms of QSR and industry benchmarks. What’s that mean? It means their Franchise Partners are happy.
If that wasn’t enough, the brand announced a national brand ambassadorship partnership with professional athlete and philanthropist Tim Tebow and even filmed him in their first ever national TV ad. The company held its annual Juice Jam event for more than 300 people including Franchise Partners, vendor partners, and the entire home office support team.
It’s amazing to see how much we’ve grown in just five short years. While Clean Juice’s brand recognition is synonymous with living a clean and nutritious lifestyle in a half-decade, we know it doesn’t stop there. What’s next for Clean Juice in 2022? While we can’t give too much away, we have some exciting projects in the works. We’re working hard to continue winning over comfort food lovers and help guests make more healthful choices.
